Then come and join a morning of quiet mindfulness practice, fully guided by me. There will be a combination of sitting meditation, walking practice, mindful eating, movement practice and sensory awareness.
The day is designed to be a mini-retreat, and a small proportion of it will be in silence, with time for reflection and sharing at the end.

Mini Silent Retreat
This day is designed for people who have some meditation practice already, whether from doing a mindfulness course, using apps or just your own daily practice. It is also for you if your practice has lapsed and you want to get back into it! The day is designed to be a mini-retreat, and we will spend most of it in silence. You will be guided in various mindfulness practices, including some that you may not have practiced before and there will be time for reflection and sharing.
