When the pandemic hit in March 2020 I wanted to do something to support my community so I offered a free guided meditation every Wednesday and Sunday evening. To let everyone know the details, I would send an email out and occasionally add some words of wisdom, or share something uplifting or helpful I had come across. And so my newsletter was born!
I now compile it and send it out every Sunday, and still offer a free guided meditation on the last Sunday of every month. Details are on the newsletter. Please feel free to sign up to receive it.
